Keto Friendly
The focus of this plan is protein, leafy vegetables, and a low amount of healthy fats.
Being in ketosis requires a high-fat consumption and low carb intake. Our meals are Keto-Friendly because they are low carb and have low to moderate amounts of fat. We believe that you can adjust the fats at home with your preferred choice.
We can be Whole30 compliant! Just select the low carb /keto-friendly meals and avoiding the ones with honey.
